Construct and Expand

orderUnless you were raised on an island with no television, radio, newspaper, or access to any other forms of media, your mind has been occupied almost completely by enculturation dealers. I say “almost” because we don’t use all of the quadrants of our brain, so there are still parts that have been untouched by the agendas set on our behalf without our knowledge. Self awareness is the most basic level of consciousness that all humans are born with the desire to achieve. If you have ever watched a growing child, you notice that they look at their own body parts with wonder and amazement, and watch the world around them with the same curiosity. Somewhere along the way, they lose that curiosity and fall into a routine forced upon them by their caretakers- educators, parents, and other authority figures and enculturation dealers. They tell us to get good grades in school, go to college, graduate, get a good job, get promoted, and buy a house. The next stage we were taught was to start a family, but that’s being changed to promote devoting more time and effort to the job. Sadly, we enforce these taught norms on the following generations and the saga continues. We have been stuck in a mental traffic jam of fear, doubt, anger, frustration, and self-doubt because we know that this kind of existence is not what was meant for us. Exploration with purpose is the aim of the spirit, and the occupation of our minds by the enculturation dealers inhibits that ability.

The most consciously determined people are motivated by 4 main instruments: security, service, recognition, and money. There are those who consider themselves the authority on which instrument or motive is more morally sound, as though one were more acceptable than another in order to build an empire. The power is not in the instrument.  The power is in being honest with the self about what the true motive is for any thought-intention paradigm. Motive itself does not preclude success or failure. Determination to execute and actualize does.

As a unit, we need to mobilize and consolidate our efforts. We can’t get to that critical point until enough of us have strategized our way into a community of self first.
